On the 8th of March, Oak class were lucky enough to visit Haslemere Educational Museum. We enjoyed mummifying an Ancient Egyptian noble (and some toys we brought!) as well as investigating the history of the museum's real-life mummy. We learnt about ubshabti dolls, hieroglyphics and played the book of the dead board game. The visit was a fantastic success and we would highly recommend the museum to other schools.
